Germano Gomez

Germano Gomez has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development, financial modeling, project management, property management, and higher education. Germano has worked for many of the region’s top developers managing over $300 million of commercial real estate development projects including mixed-use high-rise and garden apartment projects, townhouse, and condominium developments, as well as master-planned communities in the Mid-Atlantic market. Germano also served as Associate Director of the Colvin Institute of Real Estate Development and Senior Lecturer at the Master of Real Estate Development Program at the University of Maryland College Park. He holds a B.S. in Social Work from Morgan State University.
